BULGARIAN COOKING


The Bulgarian cooking is characterized by its large variety of dishes and meals, inherited from Turkish cooking on the one hand, from Central Europe on the other hand, and from local recipes finally. Many meat meals consist of grills, « kebab ». There is also a large variety of meals containing vegetables and yoghourt, -- at the same time fresh, tasty and energetic dishes. Without counting many desserts... Good appetite!
